MOMLyf Refund & Exchange Policy

Because we’re moms too, we know how important it is to get exactly what you ordered, in perfect condition.

We offer refunds or exchanges only in special cases, because each MOMLyf product is crafted with care and checked before it reaches you.

You may initiate a return if:

  • Damaged Product: Our Quality Control Team inspects every item, but in rare cases, a little “oops” can happen.
  • Wrong Item Delivered: If what you received isn’t what you ordered.

Exceptions

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than the above, please reach out to our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to help, mom-to-mom.

Return Timeline

  • Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products returned after 7 days from receipt will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
